New Recipe: Date and Hazelnut Bars

Hazelnut and Date Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the dates to a blender or food processor and blend until a paste forms. Transfer the paste into a bowl and stir in the salt, oats, and half of the hazelnuts.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Add the mixture to the pan, pressing down firmly with a spatula or your hands until even. Sprinkle the remainder of the hazelnuts on top and lightly press them down.
  • Transfer to the fridge for one hour or until it sets. Cut it into rectangular or square pieces and enjoy!
