Spicy Peanut Cucumber Salad

A tangy, crunchy salad to enjoy

Ingredients
  

  • 3 whole cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large container with a lid or mason jar. Shake vigorously until the cucumber is well coated.
  • Enjoy!
