Signs you might be deficient…

Although Government guidelines, in the form of RDAs, suggest vitamin intake levels to avoid clinical deficiency, many people will have suboptimal levels of the essential vitamins which can greatly impact their health and wellness. Vitamins perform a multitude of crucial functions from energy metabolism to regeneration and antioxidation. 

But how would you know if you were deficient? Here are some things to look for:

-mouth ulcers or cracks around the corners of the mouth

-brittle hair and nails

-bleeding gums

-poor night vision

-dry patches of skin or dandruff

-hair loss

-raised red or white bumps on the skin

-‘restless leg syndrome’
