Why I eat eggs on my plant-based diet…

Great workout with @lylezleisure with @denadvx followed by a high protein brunch: eggs, tofu, seeds and avocado.  

I follow a plant based diet but having spent months eating wayyy to many slices of sourdough (yummy but there’s a limit right?) I decided I needed to add some more protein sources especially ones that were unprocessed and full of good nutrition. I managed to find a local supplier of free-range eggs. The lovely lady keeps her rescue hens in the most natural way possible and her eggs are just so tasty. This way I get to stick to my principles and my healthy whole food diet at the same time. So I want to say don’t feel you need to stick religiously to a prescribed diet. Find the balance that works for you.
