Add the dates to a blender or food processor and blend until a paste forms. Transfer the paste into a bowl and stir in the salt, oats, and half of the hazelnuts.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Add the mixture to the pan, pressing down firmly with a spatula or your hands until even. Sprinkle the remainder of the hazelnuts on top and lightly press them down.
Transfer to the fridge for one hour or until it sets. Cut it into rectangular or square pieces and enjoy!
